I think Zines from nostr:npub1fhmmgwe6fk6tn83ahttt6ruyyfnjdm7k8tn7qflert9ajx6dhfyqf3nzcu are an amazing idea. It would be great if folks did these for all sorts of technical topics and then provide these at conferences or meetups.
Maybe providing a Zine should be a prerequisite for doing a tech talk? So when listeners go to a techtalk they can quickly catch up on a background for that given topic.
If you show up at court when ordered, then you get the money back no matter the decision. If you miss the court hearing, you lose the money.

It would be great if someone smart lines up a roadmap for what specific legal steps are needed to push back on the surveillance. Do we know what specific things would need to happen? Is there a list?
Yeah, it would be great if we get some specific example, or reason, but I can also see it from the perspective of the person attacked not really wanting to share anything anymore. The "bad experience" could range from "someone was slightly mean to me" to "I get death threats and dick picks in every reply"...
So it's a balance and I'm not sure "I wanna proofs about your claims" is the best strategy to achieve your end goal. There could be a more effective reply to get you the result.

the beauty of Nostr is that you can "sign in" with anyone's pubkey and see their experience. So if someone says they have bad experience, you can check it out...
