Good bye coinos, embracing npub.cash!, enjoying my new vanity address zkmail@npub.cash, thanks nostr:npub1mhcr4j594hsrnen594d7700n2t03n8gdx83zhxzculk6sh9nhwlq7uc226 , you rock!

Microsoft announces quantum computing breakthrough with new Majorana 1 chipMicrosoft has spent 17 years researching a new material and architecture for quantum computing.
Let's hope it won't end like Willow from Google...
yes, you have few options, the easiest one is to install 0xxhat and go to the wallet, not the best one...
the best one will be to go in your browser, ideally mulvad browser if on mobile which allows you to add extensions. add the extension nos2x-fox.
open the extension, go to options and add your nsec, once that is done you can login into your wallet from the browser
go to https://npub.cash
click on wallet and select NIP-07, if your nos2x-fox extension was configured correctly you will see your balance and now you can withdraw to Minibits or Coinos, npub.cash is a pure cashu wallet, to withdraw to lighting you need to move your ecash to another wallet that manages both.
have fun!
sorry, first time I saw your profile I saw you have a npub.cash adresa, now I see alby....
if you received the sats in the previous address you won't see then in Alby, and I would not recommend Alby unless you are advanced in LN and you want to pay monthly for their service and manage your channels balancing the wallet, annoying and inefficient, not my favorite option
if you are newbs, best use coinos.io, is awesome and you can use it privately non custodial.
for a mobile app that works well you have nostr:nprofile1qqstxwlea9ah3u6kjjszu6a7lrnhqkfh8eptp2z6v0e9558tlkkl2rgpz4mhxue69uhhyetvv9ujuerpd46hxtnfduhszxnhwden5te0wfjkccte9ekkjmnfvf5hguewvdshx6p0qythwumn8ghj7un9d3shjtnswf5k6ctv9ehx2ap0wsvavr

so many possibilities
find your tribe using hashtags
if you are into privacy, pick your client carefully, some censor and most are plain openly exposing your IP addresses with every post you make no encryption
read a bit about it
that looks amazing, enjoy!

LibreTranslate:

agree, the EU, with few exceptions have become a cesspool of fascist war mongers.
For those outside of Europe is hard to believe there are so many fascist in Europe, for Europeans that are paying attention it is well known,
Fascism didn't die with WW2, it went underground waiting for an opening, and the retarded liberal agenda was their queue to come out, luckyly for the world, is being exposed and stopped, but, the harm to Europe is done,
It will take a couple of generations to revert the financial harm and probably more to reverse the ideological contamination, the youth is confused and robbed from a decent prosperous future.
so many....
Best FOSS Option is probably GPSpeedCam or RadarDroid for dedicated radar warnings.
For Navigation + Radar Warnings I like OsmAnd
Is there a better alternative to these that I should be using with my family?
I'm trying to get away from crap apps and support devs that work on privacy focused open source projects.
https://upbase.io/blog/best-family-shared-calendar-app/
#asknostr #privacy #grownostr
Recommendation:
- Best Overall: Nextcloud Calendar (if you’re willing to self-host or use a provider). It offers the most flexibility and privacy for family sharing.
- Easiest to Use: Proton Calendar (if you don’t mind manual sharing setup)
use a client that had privacy built in like Amethyst, go to settings and set your Privacy Preset to Full Privacy. Use Amber to log in and set it to use Tor as well.
the option is there, but, as usual people wants easy, install the worst Nostr client because is the easiest one and end up in a centralized world again sharing all their metadata to one central entity that may or may not sell it to monetize
Recommendation for Most Users
- Beginners: Ubuntu or Linux Mint
- Intermediate Users: Fedora or openSUSE
- Advanced Security Needs: Qubes OS
Linux is not for everyone, it has been developed without the mass population adoption in mind. it is for the tech savvy and the most curious minds looking to test and try something else. But the OS is far from friendly for the newbs, most find it difficult and just forget about it after a first try. in most distros, installing a new app requires writing one line of code, something most newbs find unreal and absurd considering the easy to use alternatives they are use to
