No one will have money in a CBDC as their main stash. It'll see only what is needed to pay a bill. Other than where you're forced to use it, no one will. If people do use it, then once people see others having their money frozen by the Deep State for not complying, it'll be over.

Mine, well, on Twittledee twittledumb, I tend to follow Liberals so'ze I can either try to talk reason with them, tell them how their wealth is being destroyed and taken from them by the devaluing of the currency, or I'm telling them how deceived and dumb they are. Here, I tend to comment on all sorts of posts and just feel it's a community of people wanting the liberty to say what they want in the manner they want to say it, and react however the notion. It's freedom in a way Twitter can't be, when you're a centralized computer system.

Gold and Bitcoin... With everything being quoted in fiat, gold will be what BTC is pegged too. Print a bunch of fake paper money, gold price will go up. Well, what Mr. Kennedy says is only correct if the level of spending and the FED 'monetizing' (printing) the deficits away stopped. Otherwise, inflation, an increase in the money supply, will continue. Remember, you and me, the American citizen, are the actual collateral backing all the debt outstanding.

This is the app that'll get the private sector using Lightning. Once people see the instant move from fiat, to Bitcoin/Lightning and their purchase of something, and it works, it'll be time to sell short Visa/Mastercard and all the rest. This does seem to be what Strike can already do though.. The issue I see with Strike is that it takes awhile to set yourself up. You can't just have a fiat balance on an app, go in a store, buy something, and do your Q scan and you're done. Now, once you're set up with Strike, this is essentially what you have, but you'd need others to be on Strike too..
