We have our first version of Mutiny Wallet up for Android!

We're looking for a few testers before we set it up on Fdroid. Feel free to test out the signet or mainnet version. Let us know if you have any issues!

Signet: https://github.com/MutinyWallet/mutiny-web/releases/tag/build-8

Mainnet: https://github.com/MutinyWallet/mutiny-web/releases/tag/v0.4.4-1

That's basically what a PWA is. You can "install" the app onto your phones home screen so you dont have to manage tabs. That already exists today with app.mutinywallet.com

It kinda ruins the one tap zap experience.

The zap autorisation could be a nice feature if the app only requires it if the fees are too high.

Yes, lots of options to come for NWC.

Testing out nostr:npub1mutnyacc9uc4t5mmxvpprwsauj5p2qxq95v4a9j0jxl8wnkfvuyque23vg and having issues sending a lightning payment despite having enough outbound liquidity… am I missing something?

Some payment reliability problems we gotta fix. Mentioned at the bottom here.

nostr:npub1mutnyacc9uc4t5mmxvpprwsauj5p2qxq95v4a9j0jxl8wnkfvuyque23vg feature request, ability to delete a NWC link once it has been created

You can disable it currently. It affectively renders it useless. But yeah we can also remove it from the UI too if you would like.

When using NWC with nostr:npub1mutnyacc9uc4t5mmxvpprwsauj5p2qxq95v4a9j0jxl8wnkfvuyque23vg I get a β€œpending” request to approve. Many of the pending zaps have already been approved, and some of the zaps never show up for approval.

What am I doing wrong?

Sometimes old ones show up again. The wallet shows "cannot pay invoice twice" right? Just hit the X on it and it shouldnt show back up again. Need to improve the backend of it more this week.

nostr:npub1mutnyacc9uc4t5mmxvpprwsauj5p2qxq95v4a9j0jxl8wnkfvuyque23vg I have a Mutiny+ feature request. An LSP that is always online to receive sats, but instantly transfers them to my local wallet whenever I come online. Its the best of both worlds:

* 100% uptime

* self custody 99% of the time

This is essentially how the async payment spec works for Lightning. Something that we hopefully get at the protocol level later this year. In a non custodial way too.

Pretty much! We do back up channel state encrypted to seed words. Not sure the electrum lightning setup. But you can load up the on chain part in electrum too with the same words.

We're going to have to test on more device sizes, the button is being cut off.

The fee is not always going to be static, but it is shown when the invoice is created. Right now 10k sats.

nostr:npub1mutnyacc9uc4t5mmxvpprwsauj5p2qxq95v4a9j0jxl8wnkfvuyque23vg do I need to backup my wallet state? Or is it sufficient to just backup my seed words?

With the release this week, now only the seed words are needed! At least for all balance related stuff. Metadata isnt backed up yet.

🚨 if you have funds on nostr:npub1mutnyacc9uc4t5mmxvpprwsauj5p2qxq95v4a9j0jxl8wnkfvuyque23vg don’t install iOS 17 beta!! 🚨

The iOS update wipes localstorage, you will lose funds if you haven’t backed up

The seed words should fully recover lightning and on chain now.

Right now it's just for sending zaps. In amethyst hold the lightning zap button and the pop up shows up.
