Running a stock S9 right now. I've got a fan controller in the mail along with a thermostat and some quieter fans. The goal is to have it silently power on and off as the temperature needs.
Slacking. Fired up the hasher last night, but I need to:
1. Connect a thermostat.
2. Switch the asic to immersion mode, control the fans with an external controller. This will prevent the 100% fan speed spike on startup.
Will check this in 6 months. I’m starting welding school in January.
Since I recently learned about the DoD's sixth audit failure, I thought it timely to post Major General Smedley Butler's "War is a Racket" on habla.news. I run this, and it's great. Setup is a little bit involved, but if I can do it, anyone can.
One time, I tried quitting coffee in the morning. After two weeks, I started drinking a cup again. That was the most drastic one.
More seriously, training myself to fast, and eating way more protein than most people recommend. I feel better and am stronger in my 30s than I did in my teens and 20s.
This is extremely dangerous to our democracy.
