Omelettes should be cooked on medium-low heat. The more stuff you put in it, the lower the heat. This is because it’s gonna take all that stuff longer to heat up and if the heat is too high then you’ll burn the outside of the omelette while the inside is still heating.

The worst case scenario is that you burn the outside and the inside is still runny.

My wife likes chicken, cheese, mushrooms, and spinach - so it’s full. But keep that heat low and be patient and it turns out perfect. #foodstr #grownostr
