i am well aware that most food production is immoral and horrible.
most foods on the shelves are poison, and i personally get health problems and have developed severe health problems from consuming them.
almost all foods are ladened with genetically modified oils, contain refined starches and sugars from corn, and the meat is from animals confined in unnatural conditions, fed foods that are not fit to feed them, and the product reflects this.
the eggs are fed on seeds. this gives me weird skin problems, my pores get infected and i get this nasty persistent rash all over my elbows and ankles and hands.
the milk is raised on seeds. you can actually taste the corn in the milk. even worse, the butter contains the worst of this.
the meat... yes, most of it is steers from dairy farming, less than a year old, the quality of the meet is yecch... stringy fibres, pale colour, and nowhere near the amount of fat my body needs. and to boot, it smells like corn.
the reason why i'm drinking grass fed milk as my primary food these days is it's literally the only thing you can find in a european supermarket these days that isn't toxic and laced with GMO residues and smells like corn.
even then, i can only get it as UHT, which dramatically degrades the quality even further than pasteurisation, which wouldn't be necessary if they weren't raising these animals in such unnatural conditions.
for those of you who have the hookup to the real food that isn't tortured and poisoned, good for you. G. F. Y.

it's not just about the "seed oils", it's the entire eating of the seed at all. we should not be eating seeds in any form, or in any way, not even indirectly, via meat produced by feeding unnatural seed based feeds.
the entire edifice of food production throughout north america and europe is wrong. almost everything makes you sick.

if i have to choose between drinking tea made out of oat flour, and grass fed cow milk from the azores, i think it's obvious that it can't be as bad either for my health or morally to not eat the seeds and to get one of the few foods on the shelf that isn't straight up toxic waste.

i pick the milk that comes from the cows they let run around the paddocks on the Azores islands. I've tried almost every option i have available and the brand i prefer is the one that tastes like it's what they say it is: grass fed cow milk.
