ah, that's the third confusing homophone i forgot. it's pronounced like pallet, and confusingly means sense of taste as well as the bone at the top of the mouth in the skull.

well, it's too fiat to be smart. burning resources is fiat.

pps: many many times spelling and pronunciation have traveled from place to place and got mangled like this. english is full of words spelt with french, welsh, latin, english, spanish, and other language latinisation but then end up pronounced entirely different in many places.

like, when i say 'cicada' i say it 'sikAAADa' and my irish friend doesn't understand at first and then says 'sikAYda'

this was one of the joys of being in Bulgaria, where they are really fussy about pronunciation, although they deliberately mangle everything with W to V and TH to T.

this is a pallet:

the op means palette. palette is a board you put small amounts of paints on when painting, it's also the word for a set of assigned colours on computer displays like VGA which can have only 256 but you have to set each one individually out of a bigger set.

it's a tiny little spatula similar to the ones bricklayers use to shape mortar, but for oil and acrylic paints.

Salty?

best cure for cramps ever

you are already fully doxxed in the data anyway probably, if you have more than a few selfies. and plenty of text to fingerprint your vocabulary off. just pay their fee for one month, download the data, get it stored on something permanent (flash disk just for the job) and be done with it.

be happy that you still can do it. move on. these systems are enslavement grids.

people who are skeptical about the seed oils thing just completely don't know the history of human consumption of seed oils.

hint: only one before 100 years ago was olive oil.

lack of salt and dehydration are definitely factors. i am pretty sure there is some form of chronic nerve damage caused by seed oils and other things like artificial sweeteners that contribute. i don't get them very often since having like 2-3tsp of sea salt with 3L of yoghurt/milk per day (in 3 meals of course) but even then, after a few beers/wines the next day i sometimes get one. so that points at the dehydration route, and also to some extent the salts, but also nerve damage because alcohol depletes B1 and this causes signalling problems with other muscle systems. once it starts to affect your eyes you know it. i get double vision fairly often and it also seems to be affected by dehydration, salts and poor nutrition.

well, they kept it for you, what is the problem?

oh yeah, the fact that they got it for free.

well this is the characteristic of their modus operandi.

heads they win, tails you lose.

the biggest trap of the atheistic material mindset is the dismissing of the intangible.

the mind is a pattern, not a thing. a computer program is a pattern that interacts with a mechanism.

the program is intangible. ideas are intangible. the cost of replicating approaches zero as we continue to advance computer networking techhnology. what took a few watts to send in the days of telegrams barely spends as many electrons as there is bits in the message, to any point on the planet now.

the fact of computers and the intangible things that cause them to do things spits in the face of materialism, but the demons who want you to be their life slaves and eventual food, consuming the intangible things that your life generated, also want you to not be aware of the material and tangible effects of the intangible.

many models of how the intangible intersects with the tangible are nonsense, but you can't dismiss the impact of the intangible on the material world. there is many, vital, intrinsic and fundamental ways in which the intangible is at the centre of everything in our lives.

sure, the intangibles can be transcribed to recording media, but they don't start there, do they? they come from nowhere physical, and everywhere, at the same time. they don't exist in the boundaries of time or space, either, they can even define the boundaries of time and space themselves.

there can be nothing without the intangible.

anyone who wants you to believe it doesn't exist or doesn't matter is trying to steal the intangible value, attached to you, from you.

keep feeding the witch then...

or as the case may be, getting bitcoiners hamster wheels spinning trying to make sense of their almost true proposals, and stopping them from getting down to business building.

best one i've heard so far is "bidirectional connections from both sides behind NAT using the tech used for hangouts extension in chrome".

that one has put a cloud between me and MSc CS housemate for over 24 hours now.

i know it can't be true because the only way to get NAT to do this is via TCP and there is no way to forward ports to a private internal address without either the inside opening it by sending outwards to the target, and without that being open, there can be no bidirectional.

sure, UPNP or manually configured port forwarding on one side. but not without that condition.

mister tegila.js dropped that nugget after @ ing jack yesterday.

stay frosty my friends.
