Don't know how I managed it, but currently zaps being sent from my node through NWC on my Alby Hub is working slick and quick today. 🤌
Not sure if this will help but it helped me after I started messing with my relays. Took some fiddling but I think it's finally working better than it was before. After some periods of it working much worse 😅

I don't believe these tools take into account having your outgoing zaps set to private. As far as I know those get routed through a new npub to the public, only the receiver and sender see the actual zap as far as I know. Otherwise it shouldn't be linked to your statistics for outgoing zaps.
Or I'm simply a simpleton who knows not what I speak of.
But does it account for private zaps sent by your npub through an anon npub? 🤔🧐

Bought Bitcoin 🌽 on the cheap ($61k), got nostr:npub1getal6ykt05fsz5nqu4uld09nfj3y3qxmv8crys4aeut53unfvlqr80nfm working (some kind of bug or browser config issue in Brave), enabled zaps on Nostr again (phew 😮💨), all while the world is crumbling today with war and vice presidential debates.

Spent some time today going through some inactive npubs one by one, wishing some would come back, removing others that never really got past the initial inertia of something new.
My relay set up seems to be holding strong and loading events relatively well still, even running Amethyst with Tor.
Using Amber as an android signer for about a week has opened the scope of some of my regular Nostr use, and streamlined a lot of what I did use without needing to jump through some extra hoops between web and mobile.
