I’ve been testing nostr:npub12vkcxr0luzwp8e673v29eqjhrr7p9vqq8asav85swaepclllj09sylpugg 2.0 with my test npub. It looks great and is very smooth when scrolling the feeds. The read feeds is great for finding long form content. The search also seems to work really well, much better than other Nostr search options I’ve tried. I’ve personally never been a fan of the integrated wallet but I understand why that was done and I’m sure it works well for a lot of users.

I’m still using Damus on this npub but I think Primal seems like one of the best options for onboarding new users right now. nostr:note1arhwzphf3jhd29xx2x4y0swgthypcz6awk4nkngwx5n57c9ha4vsq3z98h

That actually looks pretty good! I try to follow more of an animal based diet rather than strict carnivore so I’d probably use raw honey as a sweetener.

Tonight’s sunset

I like this idea much better than the 100 pushups to 100K 😂 nostr:note19ds7qj4at2f44h2au53hzhmru8nplz82dxw7mcflhnkz042ennus5ep8um

I’ve been experimenting a bit with the 2.0 release on my test account. Works well I think and seems very smooth. Still using Damus on my main account though.

That looks like it is working better now! Hopefully you will see some more start to appear in the list soon.

I’m surprised you haven’t picked up any of the other nodes. Maybe try resetting it to defaults and setting it up again if you haven’t already tried that? My only other thought is maybe a hardware issue - has the antenna connector come loose?

There is also a node at Adelaide airport and some up in the hills that are reachable from some parts of the city.

These are the other nodes that I see on the map. Positions aren’t necessarily accurate but give some idea of where they are.

You shouldn’t need to upgrade the firmware to see other nodes but it is probably worthwhile doing. My nodes are on 2.5.9 at the moment but that latest 2.5.11 should be fine.

Also if you are in the CBD of Adelaide it might be worthwhile taking a walk around to see if you pick anything up. I’ve found the signal seems to be blocked by buildings in some places.

There were a lot of amazing places in Canada. Definitely somewhere I want to visit again one day.

Churchill is supposed to be a great place to see polar bears. It was somewhere I wanted to go when I went to Canada many years ago but couldn’t fit it in to the trip and it wasn’t quite the right time of year for the polar bears.

It’s been beautiful weather here! Up to 34 today.

This is my config on Android. I think you don’t need to set the frequency offset as setting to Australia already uses 915Mhz.

These are the settings I have on mine (iPhone app so looks slightly different but the settings should all be the same).

You should just need the region set to Australia and LongFast. You might also need to change the hop limit to 5 or 6 to see all of the network. I don’t have a node with me right now but I can post some screenshots of my config later tonight when I get home.
