I don’t like posting about price but I think $100k is an exception!!! 🎉🍾
So I should go straight to this version when I rebuild my node? I’m hoping to have some time to do it soon while things are quieter with work over the next couple of months.
I’ve got a set of Hifiman HE-560s which are the main wired pair that I use. They probably aren’t as neutral as those Sonys but are very clean and detailed. They sound best with a decent headphone amp though so aren’t great for portable use. I’ll have to have another look into what wired earbud options are available now.
Nice! Are there any wired earbuds that you have found to be good? I haven’t really been happy with any that I’ve tried in the past and much prefer good over ear headphones but would like some decent earbuds for travel.
