And when I tell friends and family about CBDCs and what they can and will do, they roll their eyes because "old conspiracy Jack is at it again".
This despite a 90% accuracy rate of what I said would happen in the last 20 years and them always coming to me for advice about money, business, etc. π
I think this subconsciously comes down to the fact that people don't want to or can't believe that people with power could be as evil as they actually are.
I think this is down to a couple of things. One, people would have a kennel of responsibility if they acknowledge the evil of those in charge, and they are too comfortable to want to do something about it. And secondly I think people don't really understand how corrupting power actually is, when though they see microcosms of it in something like a Karen.

Random thought about supreme court striking down Biden's student loan forgiveness plan. If the Democrats were serious about this rather than forgiveness they would make student loans bankruptable again. Then there could be some actual consequences for getting rid of the loans but would also force lenders to be more cautious in giving out loans.
But instead they propose things that I believe they know will get stuck down so they can virtue signal.
Thoughts?

Why do you say that? I think that's nonsense. You might not be able to stack as many sats but that's just because they will be worth more.
Where is the best place to learn about developing for nostr? Specifically for an already experienced dev?
This is fake news, if it was real it would already be fully funded.
Fantastic episode today Jack.
Yes the hobbit of pretty bad but there are several fan edits that at least cut out the crap and make it not as terrible. Still can't make up for the bad CGI in parts. I'd look up one or two to see what you think.
I find a lot of inspiration from edible acres YouTube channel. I also like The Resilient Farm and Homestead by Ben Faulk.

Out of curiosity, what is being grown in those ponds on the resilient farm and homestead? Do you have a link to an episode where they talk about it?
I don't disagree with you but what are some examples of good incentives then?
"Any people anywhere, being inclined and having the power, have the right to rise up, and shake off the existing government, and form a new one that suits them better. This is a most valuable - a most sacred right - a right, which we hope and believe, is to liberate the world."

My livestock guardian dog loves to go out and bring back possums. I have to call her off so she doesn't kill them. But they always get up and leave in a few minutes.
