I hear you. We work fucking hard to earn our place and aren't here to fill a diversity quota.
As much as I would love to reduce inequalities overnight, I feel that trying to overcorrect via government intervention or regulation can further perpetuate division and prejudice. It's a complicated matter I guess 💗
Does anyone else find this as offensive as I do?! 😂 I was kind of hoping we'd receive investment capital purely because we built a fuckin awesome company...🤷🏻♀️
