Be different and genuine and enjoy life. Chaga consumer #Bitcoin

When the State controls the corporations, it will result in fascism. An example of that is Nazi Germany.

When the corporations controls the State, it will also result in fascism. An example of that is happening right now in the US.

This has to change fast.

This is your reminder to stack #Bitcoin and relax. It will be allright.

Might as well play some good music. 😉

The law of reciprocity:

This is very powerful and effective psychological principle.

Essentially, it's when someone does something for us, we feel a strong internal need to do something back, say to balance the account.

This can be a favour, a gift of a simple 'thank you'.

The conscious application of the law of reciprocity in our lives can have a profound impact on how we relate to others.

By offering something first, whether a gesture of kindness, valuable information or a small gift, we create an enviroment conducive to cooperation and strengthen our social bonds.

This not only increases the likelyhood of a positive response, but also nurtures a virtuous cycle of giving and receiving, enriching our interactions and communities.

It is crucial that the application of this law be guided by genuine generosity and not by expectations of personal gain.

The true magic of reciprocity occurs when acts of kindness are performed without the anticipation of a reward.

When people perceive that a gesture is made with sincerity and without ulterior motives, the response tends to be warmer and more authentic, enhancing the strengthening of relationships.

Overly grand gestures may be perceived as attempts at or manipulation which can cause discomfort or resistance.

Similarly understanding the right moment to offer and how to do so, in a way that resonates positively with the other person is crucial to the success of this strategy.

Reciprosity doesn't need immediate of directly proportial, the act of giving initiates a chain of generosity that often returns to the giver in unexpected and rewarding ways.

Patience and trust in this process are essential as is the openness to receive.

The law of reciprocity is more than psychological trick. It is a life philosophy that when practised with integrity and empathy has the power to transform our relationships and communities.

By engaging in selfless generosity, we not only cultivate richer and deeper relationships, but also contribute to a more cooperative and harmonious world. 😉

"Who will run the relays?" sounds pretty similar to me as: "who is going to build the roads?"

People innovate and adapt. Most people can't think outside of the box. 😉

This happened today to me:

A female friend called me that a red warning light was on in her car.

So I said: which one?

She said I don't know what it is.

Then I asked: how does it look?

She told me the Aladdin light was on.

🤣

I put it out there because I personally believe this. So in my way of thinking the continuation of a family name doen't matter at all.

Names are a human social construct anyway, often enforced by a government system. I put the individual freedoms way above that construct.

Everyone is off course free to believe their own 'truth'.

I had dinner with a family elder last week.

He reminded me that my daughter will not carry our family name, nor will my grandson.

It was a subtle comment, but speaks volumes about some conversations/thoughts that may be going on.

My immediate thought was that he was so far wrong on both assertions bc my daughter is not yet married (and she's got no pressure from me or her partner to get married). But I didn't tell him that.

I responded, maybe you're correct, but does it matter these days?!

Their are many males in our family to carry on the name if that is his concern.

They sell gene kits at the pharmacy to tests for these sorts of things now?!

We now have protocols like #Nostr that can be used to track family trees (unalterably) if and when internal family documents artifacts were ever lost.

And if we wanted to rely on government records, don't we all have government ID's now?! Thinking SSN. Why is the name important to him?!

Some additional context;

My niece started her first week at a university this week. She doesn't have to find a job her first year. As a side project and source of income, she's been commissioned by members of the family to combine the broader family documents, family tree artifacts and other projects into one larger, organized and catalogued repository.

Great project for a teenager, driving some lower time preference type questions. Both good and bad.

All that to ask myself "do I care?!"

None of his responses to that question compelled me either way on the matter.

Good morning and happy Friday #Nostr Fam

🌞☕🥾⛏️👍🏽✌🏽💜🫂

To me the family name doesn't matter at all. And I do have a drawn family tree of around 400 years. Who cares?

Your soul has chosen to carnate in your specific body at this specific time. Its purpose is to gather knowledge and experiences that after You die get condensed into consciousness into your soul.

The thing You know as intuition is is actually your soul providing You advise in the form of a sense or thought that comes from those condensed knowledge and experiences from your past lives.

Mayve this reply is a bit heavy on this topic. 😄

Five months ago my mom suffered a series of strokes that resulted in paralysis on her right side, wheelchair bound and non-verbal.

This is in addition to being previously diagnosed with diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, depression and she was also about 60lbs overweight.

To address all these pre-existing conditions she was actively prescribed 23 prescriptions.

Today, my mom is:

She is still non-verbal, but I can understand exactly what she wants to communicate to me when she has something to say.

She is still weak on her right side, but she can walk around the house without aid. Dress herself in the mornings...mostly. She does need some help putting on her shoes, panties and bra. But if hell broke loose and we had to boogie in a hurry, she'd be able to make it to the car by herself while I packed up for a mad max like departure/adventure. :-) Albeit without a bra, panties and barefoot. But that's OK.

She is now only 15lbs overweight and still dropping.

Her cholesterol levels continue to improve.

Her BP is within normal levels.

Her A1C (diabetes measurement) has improved BIGLY and continues to do so every month.

She is now on only 3 prescriptions. My sisters and I might be adding one more to this in September so possibly 4 prescriptions starting next month, down from 23.

How did we do it?

Diet: My mom now only eats what I eat (and I don't eat fiat food).

I stopped administering all the prescriptions they (her doctors) had her taking prior to the stroke except for the ones they were administering to her in the hospital for the 2 weeks that she was in ER and ICU for the strokes.

For physical therapy she: opens the mail in the mornings, not using her mouth (yes, disgusting) but using both right and left hands. She has to walk when in the house..I used to carry her from room to room bc it was faster, but she is retired and I don't have a boss, so what's the rush?! Even if it takes 10 minutes to get from bedroom to the living room. We also slow dance for 5 minutes every evening after dinner. Last night we danced to some ray charles. And lastly but MOST important, my sister(s) call her every night before bed and asks her about her day.

For her depression, we give her "stuff" that needs to get done throughout the day that she can do while seated at the couch. I.e. fold and sort laundry, open and sort the mail, I take her (and the dogstr) with me everywhere I go. Make sure she goes outside and gets some sun every day (not hard to get where we are presently).

All that to say, considering we were making final arrangements back in March and now we are where we are with her progress, I'm a pretty grateful dude.

Fix the food and you fix two things:

1-America's obesity epidemic

2-America's out of control rising health care cost problem?

Disclaimers:

Not health, medical, financial or any other advice for anyone.

I just wanted to brag somewhere about how well my mom is doing and what is working for her with this community.

I've come to depend on many of you over the last year +, for some grown-up conversations with rational, like minded folks from all walks of life.

I know, it's a long one. So thanks for reading to the end.💜 🫂 ✌️

That's quiet a story.

You can be proud of yourself and I'm sure your mother is very proud of You too.

Chaga powder is a good one too. Improves vit D levels and thus the imune system.

Nostr friends care! 😉

Who's is running in 2024 in the US? 😄

When You are woke, You provoke, are rogue and a joke. You'll end up broke.

It's that simple! 😄

This picture has way more meaning than most realise.

Esoteric and occult true history. 😉

I'd say that 'the most correct' school of economics is one that is completely unregulated. The market can decide the economics.

Just like there is no official language in the US.

I'd say no and don't worry about it.

Instead, a compliment to your team for their work is once in a while good to give.
