I don't mean to alarm anybody but another solo block was just found, #888989. This one is very special though as it is the first block mined on Public Pool! The miner was self hosting a Public Pool instance on their Umbrel. This is the second solo block this week after the recent self-hosted Futurebit Apollo block find at height 888737.

I’d only add to that that the old right vs left wing ideologies are losing validity. It’s now more simple : right vs wrong.
For me, “right” = freedom, self-sovereign, independent from govt overreach (that’s why I love btc). “Wrong” = authoritarian, govt fucks who want to control everything. Example: Christine Lagarde.

As I grow older, I realise I increasingly operate at light speed … whilst getting increasingly frustrated with bureaucrats & slow decision makers in general.
Computers operate at light speed. AI is coming hard and fast. Bitcoin miners create new blocks every 10 minutes.
It’s time for us humans to focus on increasing efficiency. Otherwise, the machines will be ruthless.
