Grounding is a powerful healing tool, but in an unhealthy EMF environment, its benefits are limited.

Just because we can’t control every exposure doesn’t mean we shouldn’t reduce the ones we can.

A doctor recently said to my mom that a Vitamin D deficiency cannot be fixed with solar exposure.

Would've loved to asked that doctor why we then evolved to need Vitamin D for so many crucial processes in the body and developed the ability to make it from Cholesterol and sun.

There's a small catch.

USB-C wired headphones have a built-in DAC and amp inside the cable/earpiece.. digital circuits that can create EM noise near your head.

With an external adapter, the DAC stays in the dongle, away from you.

Only clean analog audio travels through the wire to your ears.

I was wondering about this. I have both the adapter and the EarPods. Do they really put the dac in the earpiece and not at the USB-C end?

2000-2012 is the sweet spot. The best car I’ve ever owned was a 2005 mk4 Jetta TDI. Didn’t do anything I wouldn’t instruct it to. It was hyper-efficient, durable and fun to drive.
