Printing roller with a guide pin. Customer wanted it to slide in "slickly". Had no clue what tolerance "slickly" was so we did our best guess

Interested in building one of these as well. I have the means to make these out of sheet metal. Did you find plans or came up with this yourself?

End result was pretty decent (I think). Pretty sure we made #biochar based on @jackspirko description. Pallets burnt well and left manageable chunks. But what about the nails!?

Finally got to test it this weekend. We have an unlimited amount of pallets available so we used all the non-treated ones in the kiln.
