This current format of sending text notes and attaching media is as fresh as Fox news to teenagers. They consumer video first and only. That’s the Internet for them.

You can receive zaps and bridging to RSS format for distribution should be easy if not already available.

Nostr clients can show rich media content and long-form.

As a first step, piping the current newsletter as notes (via RSS) can extend the readership and if you start to get zaps the attention follows. Shifting to Nostr notes first mode is not too far off even with the current tools.
