bitcoin, memes

The internet is becoming a more broken experience by the week. In my view that is purposeful, ultimately a drive to create the bureaucratic walled garden that those in power wanted it to be from the beginning.

We're Bitcoiners, on the whole I've seen agreement that free speech, freedom to transact, freedom of religion, assembly, association, freedom of the press, of movement, a right to privacy, and freedom from discrimination as championed by pseudonymity, is paramount to the quality of our lives, integral to the advancement of our civilization.

We owe it to those that came before us, those that created the possibilities in our grasp, to fight for a free internet, even if it means to build it anew.

So, good morning, this a message to all Bitcoiners- I'm extremely grateful of the extraordinary efforts I see from you every day, and I can't wait to join you with what modest contributions I can make.

And to my fellow Americans, today I celebrate Independence Day, not in the name of our current administration, but in the name of our people, and the values that gave life to our nation. I will continue to carry that spirit of freedom alongside with you, that bright flame, through whatever darkness this chapter has in store.

Elon when he finds out there's no rate limit on #Nostr

pov: you're on twitter and you start enjoying yourself

right, but the computationally inefficent part, as far as I'm seeing, is the training. once it's trained, a compression algorithm could run on orders of magnitude less computation.

I mean, I'm just spitballin here, i don't have any high level experience in the arena.

Guys, correct me if I'm misfiring here, but I can't see how we don't absolutely smash data compression limits using AI over the next few years.

What kind of carpet is that?

I'm still a bit of a prick tbh. But I get what you mean.

Well howdy Nostr. Sure feels good to read as many posts as I fkn feel like.

These buildings could drift out to sea

Some natural catastrophe

Still, there's no place I'd rather be

'Cause nothing even matters to me

Low time preference troll: Go to your family and friends text replacement and replace happenstance with happenpants.

Might take a couple decades but eventually they will say happenpants to someone and it will be so funny.

Yeh, I get the paranoia. Just seemed like the guy was off the reservation, which is a concern when it’s the lead dev for an OS. That kind of fear justifies all kinds of crazy shit.

So that lead dev stepped down? Would be grateful if you gave me your take on how the project is solid from any kind of hasty, unwise changes. Is it the open source aspect? New devs that are calm?

I say this as someone who really wants to make the switch to Graphene.

Gigi, it’s worth checking out Louis Rossman’s video on them. Gave me pause on the project.
