I'm the Z4 Explorer. Exploring the world in my suped up Z4!!! aka Suboss. My goal in life is to be a Professional "nobody".

Totally agree. I've spoke to some very successful people, and the one thing that stands out is always, they follow their gut feeling. They are able to recognise when something is off or on.

Before 15 years ago I wasn't aware of this. My life was riddled with bad decisions, bad luck, everything always failed.

Last 10 years I feel like I'm living a different life.

Last 5 years been amazing.

The results speak for themselves.

Sometimes you could decide to not do something even though the numbers all add up.

If what you feel doesn't match don't do it.

I think it takes time to fine tune this skill. If you can get good at it, and I can tell you I am proof anyone can get good at it, then you get better success. 🎯

I misread this as "It is possible to respect onions without valuing them"

I was thinking "onions" what's so special about onions.

Opinions!

Right... if you have an open mind enough to accept you might be wrong then yes possible.

When something is obviously garbage, then difficult to give it value.

If you can understand why the person has formulated his garbage opinion, then maybe. So you can give the person value, even though the opinion is garbage. But you cant value the opinion if its garbage.

Most of the time there are always elements of crap that has some sort of value, even if its 1% of value and 99% crap.

So I suppose even getting 1% value from a garbage opinion is still value. 🤷

I see you living by your last video Isla. Not afraid to spend those sats. Enjoy life to the max! Nice. 🧡

Its interesting how they changed it from global warming back in the 80's to climate change.

Great thing about climate change is that tbry can say, "see its going up"... or "see its going down".

This is normal in the UK, climate change is an every day occurrence. 🤦

As usual great show Brian 👏 Thanks!

I think these LBE's (Leveraged Bitcoin Equities) are gonna be massive this cycle.

Yup I agree the demand for Bitcoin is just getting bigger and bigger. We are watching the spring coil up tighter and tighter. The unwind is gonna be insane.

I wonder if we could have a repeat of 2017 bull run. Buckle up, its gonna get bumpy. đź’Ą

Unbrush Yourself: A Mouth Manifesto

You were taught to wage war on your mouth.

Scrub it with nylon. Scour it with fluoride. Burn it with alcohol. Foam, rinse, spit.

Repeat. Twice daily. Or else.

But what if that war was never necessary?

What if the toothbrush, the fluoride tube, and the stinging blue mouthwash aren’t signs of health—but symptoms of a sick system?

Let’s start with the obvious: your mouth is not broken. It is self-regulating, microbial, intelligent. It has saliva to clean, enzymes to protect, and nerves to guide. But instead of supporting it, we carpet-bomb it daily with harsh chemicals and rituals that treat it like a problem to be solved.

Fluoride? A neurotoxic industrial byproduct slipped into water and toothpaste under the guise of public health. You didn’t consent to drink it. You weren’t asked if you wanted it mass-medicated into your life. Meanwhile, the evidence of harm—dental fluorosis, thyroid disruption, possible neurodevelopmental issues—grows.

Mouthwash? A sterilizing agent that kills your entire oral microbiome—good bacteria included—leaving behind the illusion of cleanliness and the reality of imbalance. Fresh for five minutes, then worse off than before.

Tooth brushing? A modern ritual built not on ancestral wisdom, but marketing. The brush and paste combo compensates for a processed, sugar-laden diet foreign to the body’s design. Indigenous cultures with zero exposure to floss or toothpaste had healthier teeth than we do today. Because they ate like humans. Not machines.

Meanwhile, we fumble with rolls of floss like penitents in some hygienic inquisition—awkward, wasteful, and dread-inducing. It’s theater. Most skip it entirely. And those who try, often hate it.

The solution isn’t more scrubbing. It’s smarter simplicity.

Carry a floss pick. Use it after every meal. Not at bedtime like a chore—but in real time, like a reflex. It’s small, precise, and effective. A tool, not a punishment.

Chew mastic gum—not plastic-wrapped aspartame blobs, but real resin from trees. Mastic cleans the teeth mechanically, balances oral flora, stimulates saliva, and nourishes the gums. It’s not synthetic. It’s ancient. It works.

Let your teeth be alive again. Let your mouth breathe.

Stop sterilizing. Start supporting.

Health is not a flavor. Clean is not a burn. You don’t need to foam at the mouth to be well.

Spit out the script. Pick. Chew. Nourish. Unbrush yourself.

"A Mouth Manifesto" I bet our world health crisis would be solved if this became a mainstream movement.

I've come to the conclusion that majority of health issues are self inflicted and all these torture devices we call modern medicine cause even more problems, that then are attempted to be solved with even more torture devices. And the cycle keeps repeating and getting bigger.

Welcome to prison planet earth the home of the most inventive torture rituals disguised as modern medicine!

2/18000 diseses cured, superb, amazing. In the olden days it was 0/18000, so modern medicine has a 200% increase. Impressive isn't it. In a 100 years maybe we will get to 4/18000 diseases. But all the diseases modern medicine causes will probably double to 36000. So % will actually stay the same. Shouldn't we so proud of Medicine. Gosh amazing!

Out of 18000 diseases guess how many modern medicine has cured?

Two!!!

Yes you heard that correct 2!!!!!

Great track record modern medicine has achieved.

Wow the pinnacle of human achievement.

Fantastic.

Superb.

Superlative.

Amazing.

If you had a cut on your skin, and you kept brushing the injury twice a day for 2minutes would it heal?

Maybe our teeth are meant to heal on their own, but because of all the torture devices we have conjured up and inflict on ourselves, its impossible. Just maybe. Sadly we will never have the proof because nobody will have the guts to even try such an approach.

Modern medicine assumes the body is dumb and malfunctioning. We have to fix it. We have to find a cure. It can't fix itself.

How about the zillions of animals out there. How do they get by? No dentist no doctor no tooth brush, nothing.

We must be different from the animals. We are a special animal. A highly intelligent animal that knows better. We are a rare form of animal species aren't we.

You know what, I'm sticking with the animals, I trust the animals more than someone with a white coat and stethoscope.

I don't think our body is dumb and malfunctioning. Its just the people are dumb and malfunctioning!

Excellent show Brian! So much exciting Bitcoin news.

I wish I could have made the meetup on Thursday, sounds like you all had a great time. 👍

Excellent show Brian!

This really is the last chance for most normal people to get to 1 bitcoin.

What a unique time in history we are experiencing. I get excited being part of it with front row seats watching it all unfold. 🧡

We can only go so far online.

At some point in the future I will come to meetups, hopefully see you in person, will share my views with you further.

We will never agree on everything we believe, but even with disagreements we have much more in common than not.

We all have alot offer each other.

The point I made is the primary reason I would never support assisting dieing. We trying fix problems that should have been solved many steps ago.

You are looking too closely at the problem, unable to see the real issue at hand. Its a sensitive issue with lots of emotion which makes it even harder to take a step back, especially if you've lost love ones that have suffered. I do get it.

Make assisting dieing law solves nothing and causes more problems.

I gave up on conventional western medicine a long time ago. A few years ago, I knew if I didn't make changes in my life, I would be at the mercy of the doctors.

Take life into your own hands. Don't rely on conventional western medicine. Dont get illnesses like Alzheimers. Don't wait to get ill. Anyone who is over 40 will start to experience warning signs that lead to bad health. Don't ignore these signs. Stop being lazy and palm off your health to a third party, doctor, health professional. Take responsibility for your own life.

Not dealing with one problem causes another problem, which causes another problem, and then all of a sudden we are justifying killing each other.

Fix the problem upstream. If we did then we wouldn't even be contemplating having these absolutely absurd insane debates. Because these health issues into old age wouldn't exist!

I remember reading about a Buddhist monk, he was in 90's he felt he had experienced all there was in his life. So he decided he wanted to die. He sat and didn't eat or drink for like 9 days. And then he died.

If someone doesn't want to live then they should stand by what they believe and die peacefully. Unfortunately most people who want to die don't want to take the responsibility of dieing and palm it off on someone else. And then the person who actually directly kills will have to live with it. We live in a society that doesn't encourage individual responsibility.

No one should be allowed to directly kill another person. If someone really wants to die, then we should support their decision to die. And we shouldn't be allowed to force feed anyone, or keep them alive without their consent. But we shouldn't be allowed to directly kill them with an injection or any other method.

If someone wants to speed up their death, then there are plenty of ways to accelerate the process rather than not eating/drinking, if 9 days is too long.

I heard 75% of UK public support assisted death. Have UK public lost their mind!?! Surely the poll is a fabrication.

I predict the recent bill for assisted dieing won't become law. And should never ever become law.

It really is impressive how bitcoin is holding up with recent turmoil with Israel / Iran. Fingers crossed we keep going higher 🤞

Its a good interview. As usual Michael Saylor rocks! I do like Jordon Peterson also, but in small doses, if you can get past his convoluted way of talking, he is actually pretty good. He is trying to really work things out as opposed to just sounding clever.

I have to share this, we have to make fun of Jordon Peterson
