Okay, I'm about 3 days into learning how to make #bread and I'm now pretty sure that "no-knead" approaches are bullshit cheats. NOT where beginners should start.
Learned how to slap and fold and HOLY SHIT it's amazing how the sticky gloop transforms into dough in just a few minutes.
The other key technique is "walking the dough" with a circular pull turn with a scraper.

I know it’s been said a million times before but everyone finds their own limit … twitter / X is a true dumpster fire. I don’t know if I can take it anymore. My “For You” went from pleasantly btc-centric to barely any btc and now mostly fear mongering, violence, politics.

I’d say steel for both. Diceware for the passphrase ideally. Probably will need to have two sets (one steel set under the control of your friend, but geographically distributed; steel bip39 with trusted party #1; steel passphrase with trusted party #2)
