Did some research. I do thinks this is very possible. But it wouldn't rely on NOSTr as much as I was thinking.

Sweet, I played with Flatpak on a laptop with OpenSUSE today after I posted. Was pretty easy to get started, and a lot of the apps I use all have flatpaks so that is a big plus.
Also looked at Fedora and will play around with it.
Is it possible to stream video with nostr? Like you could load videos to multiple relay, And the you could grab parts of video from multiple relays. Kind of like how torrents work?
