Hello Nostr, what do you do with your old devices such as notebooks and netbooks, many 32 bit? Any ideas for alternative uses instead of a basic debian install?
Just discovered your podcast, been listening to past episodes for all morning. Great content!
What about SEK III books and Karl Hess' Community Technology? What is your take on those?
Great and inspiring books, mandatory reading for bitcoiners
GM THANKS
Hey Matt any update on the unedited original manuscript she talks about in the interview, before her editor asks to cut down on economics? I remember that a few freaks were asking about it
Happy new year Nostr!
Merry Christmas Matt, remember to stay humble!
Liquid has confidential transactions so you can’t see the amount that is exchanged in every utxo. Chainanal can at most try to correlate amounts in swaps in and out of liquid e.g. You swap in 0,02 and swap out around 0,02 2 days later, heuristics associate you to those transactions even though no one can be sure (same as onchain heuristics)…
My bitcoind sometimes show an .onion:8333 host unreachable error, is it normal? Does anybody know how to fix it? My config is set on listen =0 and onlynet = onion due to privacy, running Bitcoin Core 25.0 compiled from source with berkley db set as incompatible (not interested in the wallet). Also I tried to install electrs but it keeps telling me that bitcoin p2p failed to connect - connection refused, so it doesn’t start with the indexing. Anybody know how to fix this too? Thanks
