Agreed. Anyone can mine a PoW npub with the same initial characters as, say, Snowden. It may take a few days, but it’s easily done. This is not a solution for impersonation

Talen Energy's Cumulus Data says that the powered shell for its first **48 MW**, 300,000 square foot data center is complete and with various fiber routes in service. The data center is powered by a direct connection to the **2.5 GW Susquehanna nuclear power station** in northeast **Pennsylvania**.
