That's how I feel about people that learn how to program and develop software. They got superpowers. And I could learn how to, but I just dont....what a dilemma.
πSo technically if my neighbor was on this app...I could create a car transaction note, with photo evidence of vehicle πsigned title and invoiced him to pay for it with a #zap and this should be able to record the transaction... right? Like I can even post my car here and get it paid through here...πͺ
But I can also say I need to buy a π² bicycle for a homeless guy and raise the money through zaps worldwide. And 1,000,000 people could hypothetically send 1 sat and this would buy the man a bicycle with very little friction at all.
I'm trying to explore the potential use cases on this platform and I am just blown away by the possibilities of even someone with a team of developers to build on top of the platform. Exciting times are coming...

-write up a contract
-inspect the unit
-make sure you are still at rhe same repair price
-finance with a mortgage broker through hard money or conventional loan, cash or a private investor/partner.
-close deal, rehab: start from foundation, roof, structural, plumbing, electrical, and hvac, floors, paint and kitchen/bathroom.
- execute exit strategy: sell or rent.
-manage property long term or repeat flip.
The strategy for wholesaling real estate, flipping, and renting is mostly all the same up until the exit.

100%! I completely understand. I am a property manager, I manage 100+ units so I am familiar with the workload at that size! That's exactly what I'm talking about, sounds like you did great. I do actively manage real estate so that's my point of view I think with the right systems it's totally doable and still frees up a lot of time while creating good source of cashflow and wealth over a longer period of time as it pays itself down.
But I totally understand the frustration sometimes managing a portfolio can be draining and expensive lol but with some good protocols in place it can be pretty simple to manage in my opinion. If an individual can leverage a couple hundred thousand to buy a 10 unit or a 20 unit that cashflows 5-10k per month, that can be life changing long term and allow them to freely buy more bitcoin and love a good life while providing housing and amenities and also work/income for other families.
10m sats = $10m think about that when you stack.
Every time you add .01 to your stack, you are adding a million in current value to your family's future #wealth and increasing your ability to do more great things and change the world.

Well it's still an industry needed, and commercial multifamily brings value to society. I'm looking at it as a business model with ultimately a conversion to a superior asset... because I agree with you on the importance of sovereignty and property ownership. I'm exploring the maximizing of leverage into #bitcoin and it's market share from real estate as a valuable investment but also an actual business with payroll expenses etc.
I also agree that you never fully own the real estate by the way, still I think it's a fantastic vehicle to stack more long term.
So here is the question, do you buy bitcoin to buy real estate? Or do you buy real estate to buy bitcoin? Here's a quick analysis of both:
If you buy bitcoin first you are securing your place as owner of the financial system of the future, you are basically buying your share of the financial settlement layer the globe will use to operate with. The new foundation of money.
But you are subject to volatility, you better be solvent or else you can go through some serious dips that can be chaotic. You are able to build the value by being there early and holding through all the tough storms because you believe in the security of the network and the ability to execute its protocol from here to 100 years from now.
You better find a hobby while you sit on your hands, you are put of capital but you're locked in.
If you buy #Realestate first, you are buying real property that you can touch and manage and control. You never fully own it, this is true, but you get rhe most ownership that we ever had secured by the governments ability to defend you. Pay your taxes and potentially cashflow. Use leverage to buy higher priced property than you can afford.
Now there's a bit of a conflict on appreciation if you're a #bitcoin supporter and know that inflation is a poison, because that inflation allows your property to continue to move up in price. That being said it is a good hedge for the volatility of bitcoin and taking advantage of the situation to stack more #sats .
However you can still add amenities and fix it up, upgrade it and raise its value through proof of work! Which is a healthier way to be involved in real estate rather than just wait to go up because #inflation
In my opinion the strategy can be symbiotic, id allocate 50-60% of my allocation on real estate only to leverage it for higher returns on my business, then cashflow and ROI goes into the #stack
Eventually we will be trading #houses for #bitcoin but for now what do you think? Do you have a different, better or more efficient strategy?

Exercise: push-ups, dips, pull-ups and squats will do a lot more than a $50 gym membership that you don't use.
Play and enjoy your life
That's all you really need and you will get in good shape and be healthy.
Stop eating supplements and magic pills
Stop thinking there's a magic fix surgery.
Do the work
Earn the value.
