I guess they keep doing this because it works for a certain segment of the voting population, but it is beyond boring to me now.

They did this to Ron Paul- really any outsider whose numbers tick up a little. Like that black guy who ran for something (probably mayor somewhere) and got called the black face of white supremacy.

Supposedly (Vox Day) the 1st mention of 'racism' was from some progressive bureaucrat who was all in on civilization for everyone- but of course that meant stuff like European education for everyone. So when a few Native Americans said they didn't want that- they wanted to live like their ancestors did- That was the racism.

It makes a lot more sense now- get on board with what they think is the progressive way forward or they will call you racist. Has nothing to do with what you think of other races- just what you think of their ridiculous plans.

Since it can get me so mad, I don't want to watch it. Back on twitter, I had to stop following Cernovich, because he'd post so much abuse related tweets. I don't know if he still does it, but at the time I realized I probably need to keep distance. The chance to commit righteous mayhem is rare, and even then it probably makes more sense to come up with a coherent strategy.

But I do hope the film gets more people realizing what's going on, and that the media's attempt at smearing it fails.

Lending in bitcoin. Since only 21 million will be made, and some of it will be lost, wouldn't it made sense to lend with regard to buying power? Target, say 5% increase in buying power, not specific amount of bitcoin. If bitcoin goes up, borrower has to return less. But if bitcoin goes down, borrower has to return more. Bootstrap the bitcoin economy, but there's hedging and a return for the lender. Seems like it would be better for the lender than those old coin fountains from back in the day.

Is it any good? I'd probably not buy, thinking it is too sweet.

Not really, but when the left gets a hold of something, they go to extremes. MMT was a bunch of observations based on accounting- it turns out a lot of stuff mainstream economists tells us don't work because they just ignore how the money must flow. So there are good insights in it, but then it gets warped because the activist types can't do accounting and just want to print money for everything.

The body can convert linoleic acid into arachidonic acid, so all the seed oil eaters probably have more than us sane animal product eaters.

The fact that the endocannabinoid system is part of this inflammatory pathway is the one thing that recently made me wonder if marijuana is as safe as I thought it was.

This could be like an addictive situation, except the addiction is largely inside the body- the seed oil junkie needs ever larger amounts of endocannabinoids to feel good, while the animal product eater has a well balanced system and can't understand what the fuss is about.

Inflammation is necessary to heal, so a little is good, but it must resolve quickly. But whether its seed oils or marijuana, the behavior pattern seems to be chronic, which leads to constant, unresolved inflammation.

So, yeah, I'm still not sure about this, and I like the sentiment in the video. But the logic, based on what I know, point in the direction I mentioned.

Nah, you are reading too much in to my response and personalizing it. TDS is obvious among democrats and a lot of mainstream republicans- like Paul Ryan saying anybody but Trump. But those anybodies aren't anyone likely to do better than Trump. They won't provide a valid candidate let alone one good at governance.

A valid candidate by the way, is one who could swear to uphold the constitution without obviously lying due to a whole bunch of unconstitutional promises he's already made.

Yes. I noticed he leans heavily on experts back when the fires in California were going. In that case it was mostly a good thing. When he adopted some of their language (I think it was the term 'sweeping') our low iq journalists started making fun of him.

Given the tragic nature of American politics though, no one better can get near a nomination.

Considering the derangement syndrome, it is not so much that he's part of the plan, but that he's likely to fall for Fauci type 'experts' who can take advantage and implement more extreme crap.

Don't they think this right now?

It was a possum. It may be hurt. Theoretically I could grab it, but I don't want to get bit. Also don't want it to move further away, especially if it is going to die or something. I'm going to have to get some gear. I hope they are like cats where they are calm if you can grab them by the scuff of their neck.

The conspiracy to deprive me of sleep culminated in guys cutting the grass next door at 7:30am. Probably should have gone to the gym, but I've only had like 3hrs of sleep after that possum or whatever tried to invade my home.

Probably journalist types wanting their own echo chamber. Look at how few of them bothered to look at wikileaks. They don't care about the things we care about.

Something that seemed ridiculously large seemed to think getting under my tub was a good idea. It sounded like it had a fight with something else, which is what alerted me to it's existence. I only had a few things on hand to attempt to dissuade it- wood vinegar, peppermint oil, banging on various parts of my house to try and get it to go away.

What seemed to work though- I took a shower. This was in part, inspired by the dastardly creature, because I certainly worked up a sweat trying to get it to leave. It made a sort of hissing noise and sounded dangerous, but after the shower, I haven't heard that sound again- even though I tried banging again.

It either left, or decided to shut up. Hopefully, it didn't have fleas or anything contagious.

I would look at it like being a curator. You bring something to the attention of people who wouldn't know about it otherwise.

But, of course, it'd be nice to give back to the original creator, so that more cool stuff gets created. This is why a lot of thought was given to being able to split lightning payments with various creators in the podcasting 2.0 world. Perhaps some of that will come to zaps one day. It is almost necessary in a sense, because everybody involved in the infrastructure needs a cut so the system can continue to run.

If it's something freely available on the internet, you haven't broken any laws. You'd have to break the law first, like maybe pirating something and then posting it here. The mea culpa of me not actually being a lawyer- and who knows what they can decide is illegal when they are out to get you- applies here.

They are getting comments out of fountain and into mastodon. I see stuff getting posted here from mastodon, so I figure what you want is possible. Not sure how many steps though.
