That's superb. We get very few red coloured ones here, this is an awesome pic. Phone cams are pretty good, I see some quality pics and clips from folk using them.

Honestly it's quite easy to manage with all the modern bits of kit so am grateful I didn't develop it until recent years. Just eat refined carbohydrates in moderation and you should be ok 🙂.
Maybe try floor or stair varnish? Is as glossy as you can get. I use this for Christmas decorations and have never had any trouble fitting partially flexible materials around them.

I used to have them so frequently and it was starting to really affect my ability to work. Then got T1 diabetes, had to step up my food awareness and change things up and bam, gone for good or gone so far, at least and that was 3= years ago.
Sleep issues also have an impact but where I'm still a poor sleeper I'm still migraine free.
