It’s my greatest long-term hope for Bitcoin. All of the wage slaves being captured by strong fiat + credit living in jurisdictions with weak fiat would end up free to pursue organic value creation and localism instead. I hope I live to see this day.

Too much sucrose which causes a significant insulin response. Doing that daily is unhealthy imo.
I feel better without it. My skin is perfect now and less dandruff. I am stronger. And any cuts or scrapes I get heal much faster. What I’m doing now feels optimal.

I replaced the smoothie with more meat. So the smoothie was ≈500 calories and now I eat a half pound of steak, shrimp or fish instead which is typically around 500 calories.
Everything else is the same. Occasionally I have a 1/2 cup of frozen raspberries for “dessert” but reduced my intake of daily sugar by > 80%. Raw milk has a lot of what ends up as sugar and I was putting > 1 cup of frozen fruit in each smoothie.
What the underlying reason you think the ETFs will drain at that point?

I never fully max bc I’m solo lifting and find it an unnecessary amount of stress.
