@ and start typing their name and a selection thing will pop up. If they don't show up, try retyping it or look them up and visit their profile before you tag them.

Every morning and evening this guy insists on going down towards the end of the driveway to watch the cows roam and the cars drive by. He isn't satisfied until he sees the classic black and white police car drive by, which he then races across the property. I'm not sure how or when this became a thing but here we are, enjoying the last moments of the sun for today, waiting for that 🤬 police car to drive by.
