haha same here
This is a lovely short video about your daily proof-of-work, about the power of being present, about not caring about reward and success, about faith, about stoicism, about what it means to be human, about the power of love ... and how all this is connected 🧡🌿

In Ashtanga yoga, the yamas and niyamas in Patanjali's sutras also contain principles that relate to focusing on action without attachment to outcomes. Same with Wu Wei in Taoism.
This is the way.

Sure, she makes me smile. But she makes me laugh just as often.

and yet, imho Seneca is overrated. He writes beautifully and his advices are gems. But actually he comes from a rich family and never had to go through real hardship.
This contrasts a lot with Epictetus, who was a slave, and with Marcus Aurelius, who had to show up every day to rule an empire. Their lives were consistent with their talk.
you first gather a lot of data about a topic that matters to you. And then by training a neural network on this data, you're compressing all the information that is embedded in the data. The output of the training is a much smaller set of numbers (weights). By inserting these numbers in a math function, you can now ask questions related to your set of data. The answers won't necessarily be perfect since the data was compressed.
Training a neural network is a 2-step mathematical process where the 1st step is preparing the data (80% of the overall effort) and the 2nd step is going through an iterative process that intents reducing the error rate when compressing the data up to an optimal point.
There are many applications and LLMs like chatGPT are only an example. I was lucky enough to make credit default prediction models with neural networks in a big bank in the early 90s.

It's a good strategy as a rite of passage to enter a WoT
Si no lo conoces, Walden es, sin duda, uno de los mejores libros del siglo XIX. Viendo lo que publicas, creo que te encantaría.

Thank you, but I'm looking for more detailed info and potentail implementations. I'd like to run a relay and in order to do that, I'd like to understand how events on a relay are managed, read, saved, filtered,...
I understand that nostr development is moving fast and therefore it's hard to have an uptodate explanation with examples, but I'm surprised there's not more info given the importance of relays.
if you're running a WoT (Web-of-Trust) relay, please let me know. I'd like to compile a list.

What's a Web-of-Trust relay?
It's a type of relay that anyone can read from, but only certain people can write to. If the owner follows you or one of the people that the owner follows, follows you, then you're considered inside their Web-of-Trust. You can then write to this relay!
Example:
I follow nostr:npub1sg6plzptd64u62a878hep2kev88swjh3tw00gjsfl8f237lmu63q0uf63m but I do not follow @billybob. nostr:npub1sg6plzptd64u62a878hep2kev88swjh3tw00gjsfl8f237lmu63q0uf63m however does follow @billybob. Therefore, @billybob is allowed to write to my WoT relay.
Even if you're not inside a WoT, you can still use these relays for reading Nostr content. This relay software also fetches and archives content from people inside the WoT automatically. This means users inside the WoT don't even need to choose these relays and write to them for their content to be available on these relays. And then readers can enjoy this content with little to no spam. Cool.
Is there a how-to somewhere?
I've been trying to better understand relays lately but it's hard to find a good source.
When securing a significant amount of corn, sparing a few € to buy the secure device on the cheap doesn't make any logical sense imho.
I imagine improvements have been limited and uneven. Poverty, corruption, and exploitation, are persistent and slow to change without major structural shifts.
