I’m not sure if it’s due to the poor UX of WhatsApp. iPhone are ubiquitous in North America. So iMessage is everywhere. Gotta have them blue bubbles.
WhatsApp is popular, but usually with the android crowd or people with a lot of family in Europe.
I think now that Apple supports RCS it’s another nail in the coffin for WhatsApp in NA. I’d be curious to see stats in a year.

Why so frequent, vs. a single $24 buy?

Oldie but goodie!
Does burning sats even do anything? In theory it reduces supplies, but that doesn’t really change anything in the short term as someone will always be willing to sell at a low price.
How likely will one of these ever earn 3BTCs?
It’s already very late to be a wholecoiner! At $100,000 it’s already out of reach for many!
The government would presumably make money, if someone pays. But fentanyl deaths would continue.
That doesn’t solve anything other than the government taxing people more.
No idea where you are, but 50,000? 😂
#bitcoin is up 3% from where it was a month ago. 📈
#ethereum is down 24% from where it was a month ago. 📉
“I panicked and sold all my Bitcoins for $95k to limit my losses.”
— someone on Reddit right now, probably.
Yikes! Spend $900 to earn $100 worth of sats a year?
It’s not a bad deal as when Bitcoin will be worth $1M it will pay for itself 😂, but I wonder how the payments in sats work? Hopefully they are not reliant at all on Heatbit?
Great! That’s the way to go!
The orange juice marketing is terribly misleading. They make it look like they squeeze oranges directly into the cans you buy at the store. lol
Unless is freshly squeezed in front of you, Orange juice bought at the supermarket is an ultraprocessed food.
Stop drinking candy water! 😂
If this were my first cycle and I first bought in the 90k-110k range I’d be panicking too.
But it’s a relative small dip. Dips of 30% are relatively common during bull markets so this is a small dip in comparison. https://cdn.nostrcheck.me/ef62610ad01ac2f8e0c0bf9b87dea150f13996df5a4a81eb3d50b392e2add6e1/b3da4c4ce6016c60a26362b3a09f71b218024a0cf9f741f68537ef60a1b8f4d6.webp
⚡️🚨 ALERT: On February 16, 2025, your online anonymity will disappear.
(Yes, even if you block cookies.)
Google has quietly decided to allow advertisers to use fingerprinting—a method that identifies your device without cookies.
Your IP address, your browser, your operating system, your time zone… all of this becomes your new "digital fingerprint."
The problem?
Unlike cookies, you can't erase it.
Impossible to block. Impossible to oppose.
This is a real disaster for privacy.
The ICO (the UK data protection regulator) is already sounding the alarm:
“This change is irresponsible. Users cannot give their consent or control their data.”
So why is Google backtracking?
Because advertisers are in a panic.
Cookies are disappearing, and they absolutely need to track you in another way.
The question now is: what can you do?
✅ Use a VPN (but that’s not enough)
✅ Regularly change your browser
✅ Enable anti-fingerprinting protection (Tor, Brave, specific extensions)
✅ Use Nostr (Follow nostr:npub1f4uyypghstsd8l4sxng4ptwzk6awfm3mf9ux0yallfrgkm6mj6es50r407)
And most importantly, stop believing the myth that "Google protects your privacy."

I get for some stopping to use Gmail or other Google products might be harder. But ditching Chrome is a quick and easy first step.
What about senate republicans?
I know right! TD facilitates billions in money laundering, and in the meantime plebs get their accounts frozen for sending $20 to a crypto exchange! lol
