Long post, only read if you are bored.

Today I went to the Mythenquai (a beach). I just wanted to get some sun and cool back down every now and then, instead I got some peripheral vision training 😆 and no swimming.

I should have checked before, they had something going on today and I couldn't get on the beach. I just grabbed my towel and found a nice spot in the grass to enjoy the sun (almost naked). Out of the corner of my eye I could see a guy looking over, but every time I turned my head in his direction he quickly turned his away.

Of course I played that game for a while before changing position so I was facing him the whole time. That made him totally nervous and it didn't take long for him to get up and ready to leave.

Of course I couldn't let him just leave, so I was quickly shouting "hello" and waving him over. He came slowly and with a bright red head (might have been too much sun). I asked him if there is any chance that he has sun cream, and if he could put some on my back. Well, I could see the disappointment in his eyes 😆, he didn't have any.

I told him that I don't want to slow him down even more and said bye. He finally found his voice and said that he is not in a hurry (still nervous tho). I offered him some space on my towel asking if he wants a little chat.

We were talking for about half an hour, and he was trying so hard to keep eye contact. I ended the torture and put on a shirt. He did so well that I had to give him my number. Let's see if he makes first contact, and if he does I will ask him how he liked what he saw 😆

It might sound mean but I enjoy those little teasings. And if he asks, I won't say no to a date 🤷‍♂️

Crazy day, I'm breaking my own "no screen past 9pm" rule right now.

But it's a soft rule, technically my kindle has a screen. I normally use that after nine.

I should have stayed home. The office is empty, the coffee maker won't work and I left my motivation at home.
