I have found the best gym workouts can be yard work. Try and incorporate some ab flexes/ lunges/ etc. Any digging can be a great full body workout.
Man I’d love to do the same. My wife would hate it. she’s still in a way blind to the new age slavery. Kids wouldn’t be too thrilled either.
If I could acquire enough land to move a few families from our secondary family out there then it’d be much more feasible.
