Put in an offer on a house last week.
Seller just got back to the estate agent basically saying they want a higher offer.
I told them my offer is my final price and I am currently viewing other properties in the same area with more space that are up for only a slightly higher list price and have been on the market for months, this is a buyer's market and I am not increasing my offer.
Agent said they will relay this back to the seller and get back to me soon.
Meanwhile I am booking viewings of those larger properties that are listed at only £10k more and have been on the market for months - in which time the interest rate has only increased - very soft market.

Same so just make sure it has all the active relays you use added and synced up, leave it on your profile for a few minutes, and it should count up to the most accurate number.
I like using Amethyst mostly because I have over 50 relays and it's pretty good at collecting the latest info from all of em.
This is why numbers are inconsistent. Depends on the relays the client is using.
I know follower counts aren't exactly reliable on Nostr but this is the first time I've seen it over 1,000.

Well worth it. Barebones kit (bring your own SSD + RAM) is around $250 brand new. Sure you could grab cheaper deals off eBay too. You get much better build quality than the NUC and a Ryzen which kicks the shit out of Intel these days.
Got my node running on one plus a Tor Nostr relay, Nextcloud, Robosats and a few other little things. Doesn't break a sweat.
If it's one with two DisplayPorts or HDMI inputs, I noticed the same thing, loses signal until you unplug the replug into the other input port.
Personally I rate Asus Mini PC's they have AMD CPUs.
