The button is fine, but the relays have to honour it. Plus there’s nothing stopping someone running a relay purely to store notes where they have detected a delete request 🤣

You first need to ask yourself what kind of relay you'd like to run? Is this going to be a public relay? A private relay? Would you like to run a web of trust public relay?
I recommend #haven for a personal/private relay and wot-relay for your public relay.
I’ve used strfry for fully public (stopped after replyman…), wot-relay (zap.watch) and haven.
Nostr is great for people who want to experiment and improve how it works. No-one rules the platform, proper freedom.
It has gone down hill over the past 12 months. I used to enjoy playing with the API over there but since it went paid, it just got boring. Can’t see me going back now.

Cancelled mine over a year and a half ago and still got the blue tick. Think it is due to my follower count and how many of them are verified. I don’t use it anymore though.
Assume they’re doing server side indexing rather than it just being pulled from the relay? 🤔
