Nice press of Honduran Light Roast this morning.
It's been really nice not having to get up to stoke the woodstove over night. A few solid nights of sleep and I feel way better. I guess as we get older maybe we need a little extra rest.
Friday run to town for laundry, groceries and propane today.

Fresh bag of Honduran Light Roast this morning. First press out of the bag always hits just a little better.
After 2 sunny and warm days we get a couple rainy. At least it is warm enough to rain and not freezing any more.
Can't wait to have a "studio" in our cabin to make recording inside so much easier. Until then I will have to make due in the camper.

I use a FIFO rotation on my month to month coffee club order, but the batches are put on the stack randomly. Pick from the batch and see what I get.
I also keep a jar I call my BOB Blend (bottom of the bag). I dump all the odd ends of bags in and get some interesting cups now and then.

Was really nice to spend a bunch of time outside yesterday in between interviews. 60, sunny slight breeze.
Should be another nice day today. More interviews, rerecording some product videos that somehow didn't have audio, definitely enjoy the sunshine a bit.
Emptied the bag of Guatemalan Light Roast this morning on my French Press, probably try some more of my samples for any more coffee I have today.
