I have used a ball at various times in the past but it was much like sitting on concrete. I never found nice padding for it. I contemplated making them and selling them, but never acted on it.

It always an amusing experience when a "normal person" sees some of my #disaster #preparedness activities. I just now had 8 20-liter bottles delivered to my new apartment on #Cozumel island, Quintana Roo, Mexico. The apartment manager inquired why I had so much water delivered, and why not use the (small) supply of carboys in the building? I told her I like to keep a reserve supply at home "in case of something like a hurricane." Her response was "I've lived here for 12 years and never been without water!" We'll see what she says when I share some water with her after #theShitHitsTheFan. Of course, the 8 carboys are for the immediate needs after a crisis, followed by other measures.
The carboys store nicely under the kitchen shelves.

"The Whole Internet" was a book published by O'Reilly circa 1991. It describes most of the destinations on the internet via #gopher,# telnet, #WAIS, and others. This was before web sites. Prior to the "the web" we had many gopher sites to peruse. The internet was a very, very friendly place at that time.

I made this #sourdough #culture while I was in Marmaris, Turkey last year. It's lazily maintained, but seems to come back to life when I feed it. Even though I've been eating #keto-friendly foods, I will revive it today and make some #sourdough #pancakes with it in our new home on Cozumel this weekend, after it's vigorously #fermenting again. Lots of butter and some local #honey will be perfect.
I made a couple of cultures in the Mayan Riviera last year but they quickly became objectionable. Will create a culture on #Cozumel soon.

Attention Mexican hotel owners: I can get a 20 liter garafon refilled with reverse osmosis water for 13 pesos. Why do you only provide one 0.5 liter bottle of drinking water per person per day and force your patrons to go find water in the stores? C'mon, you can certainly do better than that! Your inattention to your guests' comfort is VERY MUCH noticed!
