Kids glued to their ipads makes me sick. I cant imagine such a miserable childhood. Those children will be filled with regret when they age and wish they had spent their youth utilizing their bodies full potential and soaking up the real world.

But whos to blame? Parents? Corps? Govt? Media? All of the above

Its outrageous. Interviews via the hr department are gate checks to make sure only the applicants that pass the “vibe check” are pushed to the next stage of interviews.

Unfortunately Ive noticed that companies look for conformity instead of innovation. They would rather a pat on the back for the great job theyve done. Rather than someone who will come into the business and shake the tree a little if you will. Someone who will use their brain to solve problems and improve the business.
