I’ve thought about this often Alan. Solid on and off ramps important.
One of my daughters is a nurse. She often talks about how some patients/people find it easy to “dump their trash can” on her.
She rolls with it pretty well but will be interesting to see if this changes when she finishes her Doctorate of Nursing program.
Centralized medicine is broken. Insurance and big Pharma coupled with government intervention doesn’t help.
I do give high credit to western medicine for ER trauma care. Beyond that it begins to get wonky.
When I bought my first stack about a decade ago it was a little tough….now there’s open doors all around us to opt out of the fiat system. Just walk through….
