It was nice to get some more details on the upcoming Nostr features in Fountain.
I’d listen to the first one b/c it really lays out how they got started in V4V music.
After that I’d just listen to new ones as they come out. Most episodes are them talking about what song they are going to release next along with some family stories and such.

It doesn’t have any Nostr features but does let you send Boost if you have an nostr:npub1getal6ykt05fsz5nqu4uld09nfj3y3qxmv8crys4aeut53unfvlqr80nfm account.

I’ve only been using it as a lightning node for a few months but it’s been solid.
I’m running a pruned node on a mini pc (256 GB) since I already have a Ronin Dojo full node.
I’ve found nostr:npub126ntw5mnermmj0znhjhgdk8lh2af72sm8qfzq48umdlnhaj9kuns3le9ll super easy to use and setup. Also they have great docs on their website to help you setup and connect services.
I think it does but then that’s just one more account to keep track of and the bridge works just fine.

I Boosted this on Mastodon when I saw it so that’s probably how he say it. It’s all super confusing but it seems to work.
If you reply to them from Nostr they will see it on Mastodon and vice versa.
Just add the relay.
Here’s an example of your post I saw earlier on Mastodon and you probably didn’t see these replies b/c you weren’t connected to the bridge. Or maybe you did? 🤷♂️
PSA for anyone interested in PC 2.0 that’s on Nostr. Most of the PC 2.0 people are on Mastodon but there is a bridge relay you can add that will connect them to you.
If they see your Nostr post on Mastodon and reply to you you won’t see it on Nostr unless you are connected to the Mostr relay.
Go to “relays” in your settings and add this relay. Any questions just hit me up.

Kevin Bae played one of Andy’s songs today and here’s how the split looks like in Podverse when you hit the Boost button.
Remote is the ValueBlock Andy setup in his feed and local is what Kevin set his to.
If you Boost when Andy’s song is playing he gets 95% set to his ValueBlock that’s split up how he chooses and 5% goes to Kevin and is split up according to his ValueBlock.
I think most shows send 95% of the Boost to the artist while their tracks are playing. The funny thing is that the part they keep is so they see the Boost coming in and can thank people in the next episode.
When the host is talking, they get the sats and when the song is playing the artist get the sats.
This is all open and transparent so you can check to see where the sats are going when you Boost. Most apps show the splits in one way or another, but my favorite is Podverse on mobile because the Boost button even turns green when the show switches to an artist wallet.
