The main problem of decentralized management is the leader can not put the right man to do the right job.
It is not bad management when Govt. have many ministries (it has 20 ministries in Thailand), if all of ministries are controlled by the right person and do not have the red-tape management regime.
We need to have many ministries because it is hard to find the greatest dictator who can do everything by himself and does not have greed in “Power”.

In Thailand, it is maybe 8-12 months in some sectors.
I’m not surprise the reason that the global tech companies do not want to establish in Thailand.
Even We have the great inventing products such as Map’s application and super fastest mobile’s internet in 20th century, then Thai labors can not use them to upgrade their skills to improve their value, thus they will not want to get only minimum wages.
The other issues is the rules that is made more costs to qualify as a legitimate company than move to invest in neighbor country of Thailand.
Even the minimum wages have not marked up to 400 THB per day, I have seen less employees in many restaurants and they are replaced by robots & technologies.
At My lunch's restaurant, it had only 2 employees that 1 person as a cashier's checker that customers have to pay in an application (it does not accept cash anymore) and 1 person as a relationship staff to give some advices when customers can not use an application to order their meal.
In this moment, I want to see what is the method to & how to resurrect my country economy after many astrologers have told that economy will rocket again next year.

If every investors can use program trading freely, then it is not the problem anymore.
Many of problems have come from the non-free trade market's structure. Everybody have to use the same rule when they play the game. Why somebody have gotten less fees than the others?
OK, I can accept it if they are high volume investors, however, the fees should not lower than the variable costs of the company operation.

Maybe, it is only an exit strategy for the founder, if IPO’s PE ratio above than 5 times then investors should go away from it because it is not a rising star business model anymore that should not have high PE ratio.
Even some of the super companies that have their income across global and have more income growth’s opportunities, they do not get PE ratio more than 30 times.

He has said correctly about the origin of Thailand economy problem, however, when he has said about investment issues especially an investment in stock market, it sounds like he has had the conflict of interest because his job position.
I have some questions to ask him that why Govt. should to give an incentive to invest in the sunset financial product?
Is "SSF" that give the choices to taxpayers not to be a good investment?
Should We resurrect "LTF" to protect the benefit of some stakeholders even if the problem in Thailand Stock Exchange can solve by other solutions?
Why Govt. have to encourage every citizens to invest in the stock market even they do not prefer to invest in it?
