I do this protocol 3ish days per week as I train a lot and donโ€™t want to wither away from a lack of protein.

In my opinion, a lot of people would benefit from doing fruit until noon in the warmer months to reset their digestion & metabolism.

Our bodies can perfectly handle sugar when our metabolism is in check.

Eating only fruit up until midday is a metabolism & digestion hack.

Why?

1. Fruit (sugars) in the morning match the bodyโ€™s natural cortisol rhythm which makes the body handle carbs better.

2. Fruit is full of nutrients, polyphenols, and enzymes that boost metabolism and lower inflammation.

3. Majority of fruit is 70-90% water so youโ€™ll be super hydrated.
