I do this protocol 3ish days per week as I train a lot and donโt want to wither away from a lack of protein.
In my opinion, a lot of people would benefit from doing fruit until noon in the warmer months to reset their digestion & metabolism.

Eating only fruit up until midday is a metabolism & digestion hack.
Why?
1. Fruit (sugars) in the morning match the bodyโs natural cortisol rhythm which makes the body handle carbs better.
2. Fruit is full of nutrients, polyphenols, and enzymes that boost metabolism and lower inflammation.
3. Majority of fruit is 70-90% water so youโll be super hydrated.
