A lot planned for today:

> fiat job with a lot to do there

> leg day at the gym

> birthday dinner for a friend

> review Classes in Python 🐍

> research 3D printers

> finish reviewing measuring DC current with a microcontroller

GM fellow plebs.

Should have gone with the tried and true “Hello world!”

With tech like Neuralink, in the future memorizing your seed phrase may become a security vulnerability nostr:note1hgjs37vl8046n8ta84q66jgd3ka7qrgrua9awepcmt2wxtdmmp6qwzwtj4

#bitaxe is the current tunnel I’m in as I continue down the 🐇 🕳️ .

Going to buy one and assemble it from the board up. nostr:note1rdtcyr6kytwp6tlwqc56rd8q2w927acxp57tref9nwnxyk6fl0kslj5l9r

Electronics workstation build is underway. Ordered the following:

> 6’ long wood top workbench

> ESD safe mat

> Weller Digital Soldering Station - WE1010NA

> helping hands for soldering

Going to get maybe 2 20A circuits at the bench.

Still need to buy a decent DC power supply and an oscilloscope.

Right there with you! May pull the trigger on another Supra.

I’ve got the one on my Umbrel. Getting a truncated node set up on my laptop.

I played around with the bitcoin.conf file with the rpc setting and tried to point to my Umbrel that way. No luck though.

Post interesting notes and the zaps ⚡️ and followers will flow naturally.

Is there a way to point the instance of Bitcoin Core on my Mac to the full node I have running on my nostr:npub1aghreq2dpz3h3799hrawev5gf5zc2kt4ch9ykhp9utt0jd3gdu2qtlmhct? Just have it reference the full copy of the blockchain.

For example, could I do something as dumb and trivial as run

bitcoin-cli getblockchaininfo

from my Mac terminal and get it to return the current status from my Umbrel?

I try to get one VO2 max or HIIT training session done a week. Always feel great after I’m done.

Proof of Work 👇

Protocol -> 30 min HIIT on rower

Mode -> Peloton rower

Supplements -> none

Playlist -> crap the instructor played

Notes -> 1st class on the rower. Different than my usual VO2 max training session but good to switch it up every now and then.

At times I struggle to engage in a meaningful way on Nostr. This is primarily driven by just not knowing what to say on different topics, especially #bitcoin.

I’ve been going down the 🐇 🕳️ for a few years now, but it’s been a solitary journey for the most part. I have one friend who’s into bitcoin, and we primarily talk about price action. My wife didn’t even know I held any BTC until about a week ago when I realized I needed to tell her how to access it in the event something happens to me. And that’s it. None of my friends are into it and most of them still thinks it’s either a scam or too esoteric to dig into.

So in a way, I’ve inadvertently restricted my own language which I believe restricts thought on a topic, in this case being bitcoin. Being here and engaging is lifting those restrictions which is 🤌!

🍻 to all of you on #nostr. I’m happy to be playing a small part in this community. Hope your day is going great and you’re able to stack some sats.

👍 I used to go in on oatmeal but it’s fallen out of my breakfast rotation. Any particular brand you recommend?

2 eggs, a tin of sardines, a banana, and a tablespoon of EVOO.
