My five year old has a little kid voice, but I think the best thing to do is talk to him like he has a bigger voice. In his mind that's how he sounds, it just comes out little since he's still little.

Sometimes I talk slower, especially if he's frustrated about something or scared. But for the most part I treat him as a peer.

hurting others is where I normally draw the line. but talking about issues instead of hiding from them might help people. if we could spend more time talking about why people are gay instead of shunning the issue or being called homophobic I would come to a better understanding. the world would be a better place.

I wouldn't go that far. All pedophiles deserve to die though. Gay is probably a mental disorder, or on the verge of being one. It's fighting against natural instincts to reproduce.
