How was i introduced to Nostr??? I converted my phone to ubuntu touch os. One day i was looking at the apps and saw Nostrut. I was currious. What is a NOSTR client... I started an account... But it was blank.... I screwed around for a bit trying to interact with it. Lame i thought.

Then one day i was cleaning my phone and i decided to give it one last go. I cued it up and there was content!!!

Very good content. I started doom scrolling in perfect freedom. It was like Yahoo in 2001. Awesome. I am so glad that this happened in my life.

We had a home birth at our house in the jungle. Grateful for the team we had.

Was quite nervous going into it since I’ve never witnessed childbirth in person and grew up thinking we’d have our children in a hospital. Happy it worked out the way it did.

I’m a new man, changed forever. And stoked for the journey.

hit an artery and the tibia. got pretty dicey very fast.

luckily had some very level-headed friends there who helped me tourniquet and press and get to the trauma center and navigate the doctors in spanish

anyway, feels like a good reminder to learn more first aid and accident response care. 🧠

ultimately got 5 internal stitches to close the artery, deep tissue and fascia, and 9 external.

at least I don’t see my shin bone anymore 😭 🤙 stay safe
