Don't use baking soda or salt, it destroys your enamel by rubbing it off and get micro scratches.
Use
- half a cup of coconut oil
- 4 teaspoons of xylite sugar (recreates your enamel)
- 15 drops peppermint oil
make sure you keep it a minute in your mouth before brushing so the xylite is totally dissolved and you don't damage your enamel
