My day so far off to a great start, we did a pretty fast 5k on the trails with the weight vest and the pooches.

Sometimes physical body stress soothes the mind. So we stressed it pretty good this am.

Yes, looking for some alternatives. I have many with said “protector of the internet”.

That would be my reflexive & instinctive reaction as well. But in 2023, we're all interconnected. What happens over "there", wherever "there" is eventually effects what I'm building over "here" wherever your "here" may be. That's my opinion, I'd really like to be convinced otherwise.
