Been running a Pixel 4a with Calyx or a few years now. Best setup I've ever used and hoping this phone lasts many more years.

Lol you really just made a post to get people to donate to nostr:npub10pensatlcfwktnvjjw2dtem38n6rvw8g6fv73h84cuacxn4c28eqyfn34f while giving 90% of the sats to yourself. Wut.

Not necessarily if they are in different jurisdictions. There are many Pro Se property tax lawsuits going on concurrently as I type this.

People need to also learn how to sue on their own. More power that way in certain situations.

Very few olive oils are pure olive oils. Most of them are spiked with soybean oil (the worst one), at least in the US.

That being said, the ratio of saturated:unsaturated fats seems to be the most important.

High fructose corn syrup at the top of that particular list.

Linoleic acid, and vegetable oils in general, are the absolute devil.

It is becoming abundantly clear to me that vegetable oils, especially the ones highest in linoleic acid, are the #1 driver of obesity, and possibly disease in general.

While breastfeeding on a carnivore diet is the gold standard, if for some reason: you can’t produce enough milk, can’t find a carnivore donor, and/or insist on using or supplementing with some kind of formula, this is the cleanest one I’m aware of.

https://myserenitykids.com/products/a2-whole-milk-toddler-formula-12-7oz

It’s also available on Amazon or at Whole Foods.

The loophole here is that it’s labeled “toddler”, but it is still fine for infants. The FDA legally requires all INFANT formula to have some kind of seed oil in it, which is an absolute abomination.

Thank you for bringing awareness to this nostr:npub1qqvt0m3nlvjnssmrn33w9yh7cuq2dx5nkz8wxax9hk5hrjdnj4jqz8cn3w. It’s a very important issue that doesn’t get enough coverage. nostr:note1c88v2pehe6zzhf5n0t5vn3wen3jy9q4x964zx9ag78nzfzwthj9sdzh0my

I couldn't reply to my friend nostr:npub1dpna3xwwddnhhzg9ycpvlcz2ze0jdwm2rf3eqd2lf9leaewtq7tqhw0ef2's comment because of Amethyst lagging. I manually force closed the app and nuked my cache. All is well again, for a couple days at least.

I've never had to do that. Not sure why.

It makes people feel like they've accomplished something, but it's mostly a useless measure.

Follow people (you could always start with the "recommended" follows). See if you like the people they follow and follow those people. As time goes on, remove the follows that aren't providing you any value.

#Nostr requires you to curate your own feed. No algorithms to try to make you think a certain way.

You could also try some hashtags in the search to see if there's something that interests you.

It's up to those few liberty-minded people to be the change they want to see and others will eventually follow as times continue to get tough. Some of the sheep will awaken and join them.
