After advice or pointing in the right direction to good sources regarding my setup. Currently just set a full node up through Ubuntu and I have a lightning node installed but I’ve not opened any channels as my technical knowledge has been maximised. Anyone have any suggestions for the next step. I’ve read a little on linking my lightning node to Zeus but that’s as far as I’ve got.
Are you referring to having your own lightning node opening channels and balancing liquidity? Would cashu be easier to use? I’ve recently run my own node and created a lightning node but I’ve not opened any channels yet as I’m still a bit unsure how to fully use it. Do you need your own lighting node to use cashu?

Bit of a noob node question! I’ve set up a bitcoin core node and LND node and I need to fund my LND node initially with onchain BTC. Can I send BTC directly from an exchange to my lightning node?
