What are the alternatives? Is it something that could be self hosted, or operated by a more trusted organization? I find the idea of giving up ChatGPT very difficult now.
Nostr notifications in Uptime Kuma now gracefully handle one or more relays failing to connect. I'd like to have it verify that the published DM event can be retrieved from the relay but I think I'll polish the contents of the message itself and get into it testing on a live system first.

Turns out ChatGPT won't put up too much of a fight, but that could easily change in the future.

Disappointing, but at the same time a ringing endorsement of ZeroHedge. #[0]

gn gnostr.build, rest well
Just finished listening to The Mandibles audiobook. Worth checking out.
Still hacking away on Nostr notifications for Uptime Kuma. Now it supports multiple relays, multiple recipients and NIP-19 keys. Stuck on getting it to gracefully handle failure to connect to a relay, so it's time for a break.

Cool, I hadn't heard of that model. Typical rocket stoves use the J-tube style, but there also batch boxes that look more like a typical wood stove. Important thing is to burn hot and clean since smoke is wasted fuel, then extract more of the heat from the flue gasses to charge a thermal mass. Sounds like you're on it.
Well done sir. Have you heard about rocket mass heaters? https://richsoil.com/rocket-stove-mass-heater.jsp
https://nak.nostr.com/ parses arbitrary JSON events, checks ids and signatures and tells you what is wrong or missing.
Also parses NIP-19 codes, npub, nsec, nprofile, nevent, naddr, and tells you what is inside.
Getting too many redirects here
Just added nostr as a notification provider in Uptime Kuma using NIP-04 encrypted DMs. It took days of hacking because I'm a JavaScript noob but I got it working! #[0]

If fees are a problem with splitting individual zaps, how about the client keeps track of zaps and sends out a zap when a certain beneficiary hits a threshold?
The slowing happens after the eating.
Seconding this. I picked up a generic set of X3 resistance bands after trying and failing many times with a barbell. It feels so much safer and less prone to injuries. Results have been great.
Turning compost piles and biking to work are also great.

There's definitely something wonky going on with feeds in Iris. I can go back to the screen where I choose between Following and Global, and every time I go back into Following I'll get different notes appearing. Sometimes completely out of order, like a post from January in between posts in the last 10 minutes.
